Setting up GHome Smart Plugs is easy via a 2.4 GHz network, with no hub required. For a quick connection, remember to only support 2.4 GHz WiFi while connecting with the app, and ensure your device runs Android 5.0 or iOS 13.0 or above. Press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds, confirming the indicator is blinking before connecting.

Once connected, you can control the outlet anywhere, but keep the smart plug on the 2.4 GHz WiFi network. If you encounter connection issues, simply press the on/off button for 5 seconds to reset the smart plug and change the Easy mode to AP mode, which is more compatible.

To connect your dual-band router to GHome Smart Plugs, you can either turn off the 5 GHz networking before the first connection or set up two different SSIDs for the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks, then connect the plugs to the 2.4 GHz WiFi network only.

Our smart outlets are compatible with our app, as well as the Smart Life App and Tuya App. They are suitable for home appliances with a maximum load power of 1200W and 10A. Always check the load of your appliance before plugging it in.

The improved WiFi technology ensures a quick connection and stable performance, and the SAFE DESIGNED smart plugs work seamlessly with Alexa and Google Home Assistant, allowing you to control your connected devices with simple voice commands.
